Biography: 

Michelle has been connected to 4-H and  Extension since she joined Jackson County 4-H as a 9 year old. Her varied Extension career has included working as an office assistant in Jackson County, volunteering with Jackson County 4-H and Tennessee 4-H, interning with Sevier County Extension in Tennessee and working for North Carolina Cooperative Extension for four years before coming back to the southern Ohio area. She also taught high school agricultural science and biotechnology in North Carolina for two years.  In Ohio, she serves on the STEM Pathways Signature Program Design Team and is very happy to be able to work with 4-H Campers at her childhood camp site, Canter’s Cave 4-H Camp. Michelle graduated from the University of Tennessee with a BS and MS in Agriculture & Extension Education. Go Vols!
