Mackenzie hails from nearby Athens County and is a graduate of Ohio University with a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Studies, Youth Development, and Community Engagement, and with a certificate in Diversity Studies. She loves spending my time outdoors with her dog, being on the river with her family, and reading. She is also an Alumna of the Athens County 4-H program where she was involved in the county and state programs, which ultimately led to her decision to become involved in Extension and give back to the program that gave so much to her. Before becoming a 4-H Educator in Meigs County, Mackenzie was a 4-H STEM Program Assistant in Vinton County and interned at the Athens County Extension Office in the 4-H program. She tries to live by the 4-H Motto, "To Make the Best Better" in all facets of her life and is excited to bring that to Meigs County and grow our 4-H program together.
