If your Private Pesticide Applicator's certification expires on March 31, 2018 or 19, you must have attended and signed in for at least 3 hours of pesticide re-certification classes prior to March 31, 2018 or 19, whichever applies. You may receive a request for a $30.00 fee from the Ohio Department of Agriculture. This fee must be paid to Ohio Department of Agriculture before they will reissue your three year certification. In addition there will be a $25.00 fee for re-certification to cover costs of materials and location expenses to be paid at time of class.
