SUMMER CAMP 2008
Get your swim suits and sleeping bags read, it will be time to be singing camp songs before you know it.
Cloverbud Day Camp
There will be a Cloverbud Day Camp, Thursday, June 12, 2008 at Bradbury Learning Center. Registration will be 9:00 a.m. and dismiss at 2:00 p.m. Cloverbuds and their friends ages 5-8 are invited to the Annual Meigs County Day Camp. The cloverbud Day Camp will include: Healthy Eating, Games and Crafts and much more.
4-H Cloverbud Day Camp Information
Cloverbud Overnighter
There will be a cloverbud Overnighter at Canter's Cave 4-H Camp this summer. Cloverbuds and their adult buddy (Mom, Dad, etc.) are invited tog et a taste of 4-H camp experience on June 26th and 27th. Activities will include swimming, campfire fun and more. As we get more specific information we will post to this site.
Beginner Camp - 3rd, 4th, AND 5th GRADE 4-Hers
Beginner Camp for 3rd, 4th and 5th grade 4-Hers and their friends will be June 6th -9th. Building mini hot air balloons and much more awaits beginner campers this year. Registration is due on May 27th to the Extension Office. As we get more specific information we will post to this site.
Junior Camp - 6th, 7th and 8th Grade 4-Hers
Junior Camp for 6th, 7th and 8th grade 4-Hers and their friends will be June 15th - 18th. Camper will "Get Going". Including a camp toga party and talent show. Registration is due june 5th to the Extension Office.
4-H Junior Camp 2008 Information,
Teen Camp - 9th grade and Up
Teen Camp, grades 9th and up, will be at camp June 27th - 30th. As we get more specific information, we will post to this site.
2008 4-H Camp Scholarships
Thanks to the generosity of Stan and Doris Harrison over the last two years we have been able to help 25 youth attend 4-H Camp. The 4-H Committee will again have $1000 from the Harrisons to help 4-Hers go to camp at Canter's Cave this summer. Scholarship applications (2008 Campership Application) are listed below. Applications will be due absolutely no later than May 23rd to the Extension Office.
